Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – 3–11 PM Shift

Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our team for the 3–11 PM shift . If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment , this is your chance to shine.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support the nursing team during your shift

Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care

Conduct assessments and make informed clinical decisions

Mentor and guide team members, building a strong care culture

Communicate clearly with residents, families, staff, and providers

Keep documentation accurate and operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (BSN preferred)

At least 1 year of nursing experience ( long-term care / skilled nursing preferred )

Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Passion for resident-centered care
