Ernesta is seeking a part-time seasonal support role based out of the retail showroom located in Summit, NJ on Springfield Avenue. This is an opportunity to join a small but visionary team, redefining exceptional service as a brand ambassador. In this role you will be a customer champion, assisting with inquiries, concerns and matters related to order coordination and delivery. Both in person and virtually, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and foster a love for our brand, ensuring the happiness of customers with every interaction.

This is a seasonal position that will work a maximum of 29 hours per week. The duration of this role will be from hire date to approximately January 30th. The hourly rate for this position is $30 / hour.

Effectively respond to inquiries and work through complexities such as order tracking, product questions, delivery logistics, and more

Offer elevated, consultative service across multiple channels (in person, chat, text, email, phone) to create a personalized experience

Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers

Support the sales and customer service team through communication and proactive outreach

Qualify leads and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer orders

Advise customers on how to size, floor plan layouts, and material selection

Ability to navigate between multiple software applications

Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand showroom that delights customers at every touchpoint
