About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift : 32 hours guaranteed

Experience : Minimum years of experience required; new graduates are acceptable.

License : Valid physical therapy license required.

Certifications : License verification needed.

Must-Have : Preferred experience in skilled nursing facilities. Must complete Covid test 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to start date.

References from three individuals are required.

A county criminal background check covering the past seven years for all counties lived and worked is necessary.

A federal criminal background check covering seven years or more is required.

A multi-state criminal search covering seven years or more must be conducted.

A nationwide sex offender search covering seven years or more is mandatory.

An HHS / OIG search is required.

A GSA search must be completed.

A social security number trace is necessary.

A 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON test or proof of a positive PPD with a chest X-ray is required.

A SAM search must be conducted.

A background check with fingerprints is needed.
