About the role

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist at Hotel Bardo Savannah who will manage the workflow and execution of sales and marketing tasks, administrative duties, and other responsibilities to assist in the smooth operation of our luxury urban resort.

What you'll do

• Assist the Sales team in achieving revenue targets by coordinating and supporting sales activities, including site inspections and client follow-ups
• Assist with processing sales contracts and banquet event orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales reports, and databases, utilizing CRM systems and other tools
• Assist in the organization and execution of sales and marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
• Partner with Sales team to coordinate VIP arrivals and gifting, including clients, press, influencers, etc.
