Responsibilities:

• Review and assess daily maintenance and inspection needs to ensure aircraft airworthiness.

• Communicate with the Lead Mechanic regarding unusual situations requiring schedule or aircraft changes.

• Oversee aircraft maintenance at field bases, managing stock levels and requisitioning necessary parts.

• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and certify compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.

• Maintain accurate and updated entries in the RAMCO system for all maintenance documentation.

• Coordinate with the Lead Mechanic and related teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

• Supervise parts inventory and recommend adjustments to inventory levels.

• Maintain and calibrate company-provided special tools and equipment.

• Perform additional maintenance and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required.

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in helicopter maintenance as a certified mechanic (Bell or Eurocopter exp preferred).

• Strong communication and basic computer skills.

• Must pass a pre-employment physical exam, including strength/flexibility testing, drug screening, and background check.

• For Roving Maintenance Team: Sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting/repair skills preferred.

• Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, and work night shifts as needed.
