We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Estimator to join our team.

A Construction Estimator's role involves calculating and estimating the costs of construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

They analyze project plans, gather quotes, and collaborate with other professionals to develop accurate cost estimates.      PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work for construction projects.
• Ensure that estimates meet customer requirements.
• Ensure safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with the construction team.    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
