As the Lunch Aide , your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :

Job Goal : To ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for students during lunchtime and recess. They actively monitor the cafeteria and playground, promoting positive behavior and resolving conflicts when necessary. Their presence provides supervision and support to students, fostering a sense of security and well-being. Additionally, they facilitate engagement in recreational activities and encourage students to build social skills and friendships. By being approachable and attentive, the lunch / recess aide aims to contribute to the overall positive school experience, where students can thrive both academically and socially.
