Community Manager, Affordable HUD family property

Benchmark Management is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at our Affordable family apartment community in Lebanon. The Community Manager will be responsible for all activities to ensure their property is operating in an efficient, cost-effective manner while providing high-quality, well-maintained housing to residents.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the property.
• Ensure compliance with HUD / Section 8 regulations.
• Manage property budgets and financial reporting.
• Maintain high standards of property maintenance and resident satisfaction.
