About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Partner / General Partner to lead its venture capital investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the investment initiative, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities. This role demands a seasoned operator and investor with a proven track record in the venture capital or related investing space, particularly in the areas of AI, Web3, fintech, and embedded payments. The Managing Partner will be expected to have a strong network within the Bay Area and Silicon Valley investor community, as well as the ability to cultivate relationships with founders, co-investors, advisors, and ecosystem partners.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in venture capital, startup operations, M&A, or similar roles, and a deep understanding of the technology and innovation sectors. The role requires a leader with strong communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to both high-level strategy and operational execution. While an MBA from a top program is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate will be deeply embedded in the Silicon Valley venture and startup ecosystem, and will work closely with the broader team to support the growth of portfolio companies and help shape the strategic direction of the investment initiative.
