Job descriptionCoordinates total nursing care for patients Participates in patient and family teaching Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting EMR : Cerner Nurse to patient ratio : 1 to 4 / 5 Average daily patient census : 22 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required BSN preferred License / Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg Charge Nurse responsibilities may be required NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION! BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED 8hrs non-billable orientation Call-back, Holiday and OT multipliers : 1.25% Call : 4 / hour Charge : 3 / hr
