Now Hiring : Maintenance Technician

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Sunday-Thursday | 11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Are you a skilled troubleshooter with a passion for keeping machines running smoothly? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two nights are the same? Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining and improving our high-performance manufacturing equipment.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our converting, printing, and extruding equipment operates safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include :

• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, building systems, and grounds
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical / electronic issues
• Installing new machines and programming PLCs
• Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
• Conducting tool & die and fixture work
• Supporting cross-training and departmental organization (5S)
• Documenting work and assisting in root cause analysis
• Communicating professionally and collaborating across shifts
• Traveling occasionally (up to 5%) to other company locations
