Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to clean and maintain restrooms and common areas in a commercial building. This position includes cleaning mens and womens bathrooms from the 5th floor through the 2nd floor, as well as the fitness center, common areas, and lobby level.

Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize mens and womens restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, dispensers)
Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Clean and sanitize fitness center equipment and surfaces
Maintain cleanliness of common areas and lobby
Remove trash and replace liners
Keep cleaning carts, storage areas, and work stations clean and organized at all times
Report maintenance issues or supply shortages

Requirements:
Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 2540 lbs
Must be dependable and punctual
