Manpower is partnering with Charles Industries to fill 2nd and 3rd shift Production Assembler positions in Canton, MO. If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to be part of a collaborative production team — we want to meet you!

Job Title : Production Assembler

Location : Canton, MO

Pay Range : $16.11 – $16.61 per hour

Shifts Available :

2nd Shift : Monday – Friday, 3 : 30pm – 11 : 30pm

3rd Shift : Sunday – Thursday, 11 : 30pm – 7 : 30am

What You’ll Do :

Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Perform quality checks to ensure top-notch products

Assist in training new team members as needed

What You’ll Bring :

Dependability and a strong commitment to teamwork

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (a plus, not required)

Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
