  • AM (08 : 00 - 17 : 00) 5 X 8s 40 hrs / Week 8 hrs

Job Description :

  • Practice Details Specialty : Electrophysiology

  • Backfill / Bench provider at facility
  • FTE or Shifts per month needed : .5 FTE (opposite a locum already scheduled)
  • Inpatient, Outpatient or both : Both
  • Target start date and Length of need :
  • Exact dates only :
  • September 15-19,
  • September 29 - October 3 October 13-17,
  • 27-31 November 10-14,
  • 24-28 December - ongoing, rotating week on / week off through June 2026

    • Requirements :

  • Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (8 hour day with 1 hour lunch); 1 day in office, all other days in hospital / EP Lab
  • Call Schedule and Call Responsibilities : No call
  • Type of patients / cases / procedures required : a fib / flutter ablation, pacemakers, icds, SVT ablations, tilt tables, bi-v devices
  • Patients Per Day / Volume : Office : 19 / day; Hospital : 8-10 per day
  • Available support staff & physician support : EP lab staff, MA and nurse in the office.
  • APPs help with consults, admits discharges.
  • Certifications required (Board Certification / Truly Board Eligible or life support, etc.) : Board Certified - Cardiac Electrophysiology; ACLS, BLS, Active DEA
  • Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process)? Yes to IMLC providers :
  • Strongly prefer already licensed but do not want to rule out all who are not Minimum candidate commitment to consider : 1 week per month Hospital Privileging : 45-60 days Miscellaneous Information : PA Child Abuse requirement for license
