Job Description

A Community Health Center in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking\na Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist to provide\nmental health consultation and behavioral interventions in a primary care\nsetting.  In this role, the Licensed\nClinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist will provide evidence-based,\nsolution-focused behavioral interventions, including individual, couples, and\nfamily therapy, as well as group facilitation. Responsibilities include\nconducting assessments, diagnosing patients using DSM-IV / ICD-9, and developing\ntreatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. The provider will collaborate\nclosely with medical staff to integrate behavioral health into primary care,\nensuring seamless coordination of patient care. Additionally, they will offer clinical\nconsultation, crisis intervention, and education to both patients and staff\nwhile maintaining accurate documentation and participating in regular team\nmeetings.

Compensation :   Up to $95,000
