A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Investigates employee relations issues and prepares reports and recommendations

Develops and maintains training programs and coordinates employee surveys

Administers benefit plans and processes related claims and leaves of absence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or business-related field preferred

5+ years of human resources experience required
