This dynamic, entry-to-mid-level position combines high-volume prospecting with the reward of closing sales. As a Direct Sales & Appointment Setter, you’ll be focused on canvassing local neighborhoods to both generate new leads and schedule qualified inspection appointments for yourself to run. Success in this role means you control your own pipeline and income potential.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors and connect directly with homeowners in neighborhood communities.
- Schedule inspections and clearly explain the roofing process to potential clients.
- Help guide customers through the often-complex insurance claims and adjuster meetings.
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with homeowners and our internal team throughout the project lifecycle.
- You'll be running leads, doing inspections, and communicating with customers and team members daily.
Requirements
Willingness and eagerness to connect / canvass with neighborhood communities.Owns a ladder or is open to purchasing one immediately for inspections.Physical ability to lift 70 pounds and confidently handle equipment.Confident and comfortable with roof inspections and working at heights.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.Must own a vehicle for daily travel throughout the designated sales territory.Next Steps
