What Makes You the 1%?

The elite trainer we're seeking has:

Essential Qualifications

• CPT Certification from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on personal training experience (10+ years strongly preferred)

• Demonstrated expertise training clients through significant life transitions and physical changes

• Proven experience working with clients navigating hormonal changes, work-life-family balance, and the realities of maintaining fitness through different life stages

Specialized Knowledge

• Deep understanding of training considerations for metabolism changes, joint health, bone density, and injury prevention in mature clients

• Specialization in women's wellness, hormonal health considerations, and perimenopause/menopause fitness strategies is highly valued

• A relatable life journey that allows genuine connection with clients experiencing work-life integration, parenting, caregiving, or career transitions

Professional Excellence

• Holistic mindset embracing nutrition, stress management, and mindset coaching as essential

• Results-driven focus with obsession for long-term client success, not quick fixes

• Track record of building deep trust with clients who value wisdom and lived experience

• Genuine relationship-building skills—clients trust you because you truly care

• Growth mindset that sees feedback as fuel and embraces challenges with excitement

• Tech fluency with fitness apps, client communication tools, and progress tracking systems

This role goes beyond training sessions. You'll be:

• Designing and delivering personalized programs that create genuine transformations

• Coaching holistically on nutrition, stress management, mindset, and overall wellness

• Serving as an accountability partner ensuring client consistency and motivation

• Tracking and measuring progress using our custom coaching app

• Collaborating on client success strategies and process improvements

• Growing into leadership roles - training new trainers, coordinating events, scaling operations

• Being a brand ambassador for Zero Doubt Club in everything you do
