Responsibilities

  • Supervisory experience as a multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIRED
  • HVAC Certification is REQUIRED
  • Train and guide other service staff; act as a team leader
  • Assist with completing service requests
  • Assist team with make-readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently schedule work, ensuring work orders and make-readies are completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Be on call per schedule and alternate schedule
  • Provide own tools and have reliable transportation
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by Property Manager
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
  • There are 261 units on property

Working Environment

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally required to reach with arms, hands and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or lifts up to 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance. The environment is typically outdoor, with occasional off-site travel for business purposes.
  • Compliance with the company uniform policy is required; a copy is provided on the first day of employment.
