We are seeking a qualified ICC Certified Special Inspector with certifications in Soils, Reinforced Concrete, Structural Masonry, and Structural Steel & Bolting to join our growing team. The successful candidate will perform field and / or laboratory inspections and testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes. This is a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and code compliance on commercial, industrial, and public projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform special inspections in accordance with IBC Chapter 17 and applicable project specifications.
• Conduct field inspections and materials testing on soils, concrete, masonry, and steel during construction activities.
• Prepare accurate and timely field reports documenting inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Interpret construction documents, codes, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while on job sites.
• Submit all required documentation and test results in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and participate in training as required.
