We're also enhancing our communication systems and employing state-of-the-art technology that improves surgical techniques and visibility. In 2023, our team successfully completed 7,837 procedures, reflecting our commitment to quality care and growth.\n\nYour Responsibilities : \n
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.\n
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and care.\n
- Perform focused patient assessments and ongoing reassessments based on patient conditions and treatments.\n
- Manage and evaluate pain using appropriate pain management techniques.\n
- Administer medications safely, adhering to the six rights of medication administration.\n
- Assist physicians with surgical procedures and perform tasks requiring technical skills.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
- Willingness to take call shifts.\n
- Valid RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.\n
- Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.\n
- BLS certification within 7 days of hire.\n
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.\n
