Sr. Project Manager – Ultra Custom Residential

Location : Downtown Naples, FL

RARE opportunity to join a boutique, ultra high-end custom builder known for the finest multi-million-dollar estates in Port Royal, Old Naples and prime beachfront properties— building for “UHNW Top 1%”—$25M to $100M construction costs . Recognized as a trusted name known building masterpieces through timeless craftsmanship, visionary design, and the highest standard of excellence.

With steady growth and a full project pipeline, the firm is looking to add a Sr. Project Manager heavily experienced in building Ultra High-End Luxury Residential. PM will lead projects from preconstruction through close-out. Responsible for budget, schedule, and contract administration; directs buyout and procurement; coordinates architects, designers, consultants, and high-end trade partners; and partners with the Superintendent to drive field execution, quality, safety, and logistics.

Seeking transparent "executive" mentality with 10 + years of project management experience specifically in bespoke homes ($10+Mil). Seeking a polished, intelligent, strong communicator who is diplomatic and discreet. Firm but fair management style who can turn conflicts into solutions through professional negotiations. Must be tech savvy (a wiz in MS Office), possess employment stability, and clean background.

Salary : $150K-$200K + bonus (don’t let $ deter you!)
