Urgent Pet Care of Savannah is seeking a veterinarian to join our veterinary urgent care / emergency clinic in Savannah, Georgia. Flexible, family-friendly, part-time, full-time, and per diem opportunities available. Confident new and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to inquire. We are an open-minded, privately owned hospital that values compassionate care of both the animals and their people who come through our door. Positive work culture and work-life balance are prioritized. Ability to practice in a fast-paced, busy environment is a must, but we promise to make it fun! Willingness to perform emergency surgeries is preferred but not required. Competitive pay and benefits will be based on performance and hours worked, and we are happy to negotiate whatever pay structure you prefer. Scheduling and start dates are flexible.


ABOUT THE HOSPITAL
We are conveniently located off of Abercorn Street near the intersection with the Truman Parkway in Savannah, GA. At Urgent Pet Care, we practice gold standard medicine with a full-service hospital featuring surgery, overnight hospitalization, transfusion medicine, ultrasound, Idexx radiology and labs, and cloud-based CMR. Everything is new as of March 2023 with an expansion already in the works. We are not affiliated with a tertiary referral center, but several specialty practices are available in our area for those needs. We greatly enjoy the flexibility that being a privately owned practice affords, and creating a fun, cohesive, and healthy work family and environment is so important to us.

ABOUT THE PEOPLE
Owner and veterinarian, Justin Goldberg and veterinarian spouse, Stuart Goldberg have combined their individual 12 years of emergency practice and 10 years of general practice to enhance client and patient care in an emergency setting. What makes this clinic exceptional though is the staff! We currently have 12 exceptional technicians / assistants (full and part time) who are reliable, efficient, communicative, kind, and so much fun.
