As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech-focused locations, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Communicate and collaborate with site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment. Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with company and client protocols. Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access within the location. Remain alert to surroundings and report any unusual or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements : Must be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
