Travel Home Health RN Lincolnton, NC

We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Home Health RN for a contract assignment in Lincolnton, NC. This is a great opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting while enjoying the Lincolnton area.

Assignment Details :

Location : Lincolnton, NC

Contract Length : 13 weeks (with potential for extension)

Shift : Days, MondayFriday (occasional weekends as needed)

Hours : 40 hours per week, mileage reimbursement included

Compensation : Competitive weekly pay package (includes hourly wages plus stipends for housing and meals)

Responsibilities :

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed

Educate patients and families on disease processes, medications, and home care strategies

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team

Document all visits and care provided accurately and in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

Qualifications :

Current RN license in North Carolina or compact state

BLS certification required

Minimum of 12 years of recent Home Health RN experience (travel experience preferred but not required)

Proficiency with OASIS documentation strongly preferred

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

Strong communication, assessment, and time management skills
