Senior Foreclosure Attorney

A well-established law firm in Addison, TX, is currently seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional with deep knowledge of Texas foreclosure law to take on complex, multi-faceted work involving foreclosure litigation, HELOC and reverse mortgage matters, and probate proceedings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle a wide variety of Texas foreclosure matters, including residential, reverse mortgage, and HELOC-related foreclosures
• Manage related litigation proceedings, including contested cases and claims involving title, occupancy, and lien priority
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide strategic legal guidance regarding foreclosure processes, timelines, and legal risks

Required Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
