    • Position :

  • Full-Time Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician Training : Initial training on 1st Shift (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM) then shift moves to 9 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM Your Role : As an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

    • Your responsibilities will include :

  • Troubleshooting & Repair : Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues with equipment and facilities.

    • Preventative Maintenance :

  • Conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

    • Installation & Relocation :

  • Install and relocate presses and other machinery as needed.

    • Record Keeping :

  • Maintain accurate records and manage computer programs for audits and documentation.

    • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with team members to address equipment concerns and provide technical guidance.

    • Facility Maintenance :

  • Perform minor repairs and offer advice on major facility modifications.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Education & Experience : High school diploma or GED required.
  • Maintenance Mechanic Journeyman papers or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems (AC and DC currents) and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read wire diagrams and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Welding experience is a plus.

    • Skills & Qualities :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in machining and mechanical tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working on your feet for extended periods.
