• Lead and inspire a small technical team (three junior to mid-level developers)
• Take ownership of and optimize the tech stack that serves millions worldwide.
• Work closely with the product manager, CEO / CTO, and designer to enhance the user experience.
• Implement and maintain scalable backend solutions that make a difference.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
