Everstaff is seeking Pre-Litigation Attorneys for a reputable law firm in the Cleveland area!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Investigate case facts and gather evidence related to damages.
• Negotiate all aspects of case settlements, including lien resolution, when applicable.
• Maintain effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve law firm objectives.
• Supervise and support staff members.
