Job descriptionAdminister radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer and other diseases Ensure accurate patient positioning and safe delivery of treatments using linear accelerators (Varian True Beam required) Operate CT SIM Biograph mCt equipment for simulation and planning Educate patients about their treatment plans and possible side effects Monitor and assess patients for reactions and side effects during and after treatment Collaborate with physicians, physicists, and other healthcare staff as needed Maintain and adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation Requires ARRT Registry, Ohio Department of Health (ODH) licensure, and BLS certification 5 years of experience preferred; will consider candidates with less experience
