Position Summary : Johns Hopkins Health Systems is seeking an OnCore Business Analyst whose primary responsibilities are for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System and the eReg digital regulatory documentation system. This work will require regular collaboration with Research and IT Leadership to define the needs of the research system users, formulate appropriate solutions, and implement workflow and system changes. This individual will also be responsible for working with subject matter experts and leadership to complete workflow decisions, workflow documentation, and supporting policies. This position will also be involved in system maintenance configuration, testing, and documentation for the biorepository tracking system, OpenSpecimen.

Job Scope / Complexity : Typically understands project life cycle and has responsibility for sections of life cycle. Under guidance, responsible for full life-cycle of small and / or parts of a large project. Once priorities are set, perform tasks independently with regular process updates. Examples can easily be found in existing code, methods or online. Typically concepts used are simple and standard.

Required Education : Two years college course work or trade school required. Additional experience may be substituted for education.

Required Experience : One year of related work experience with computer systems and applications
