We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Field Service Representative who is ready to trade stress for sunshine. Enjoy guaranteed 40-hour workweeks year-round, comprehensive field training, and no on-call requirements —all while applying your HVAC expertise in a cleaner, more rewarding environment.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll be the face of AquaCal in the field—supporting our valued dealer network and customers with your technical know-how and excellent people skills. Key Responsibilities :

• Apply your HVAC expertise while expanding your technical knowledge of pool heat pump systems through comprehensive field training.
• Provide high quality support to our dealer network and end users to uphold the strong reputation of the AquaCal Service Department
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure adherence to company standards and service excellence.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, documenting all relevant information accurately to support efficient completion of field service calls.
• During the off season (October-April), you may be scheduled -with advance notice-for 2-3 weeks of regional service support in Florida. When not traveling, you will offer technical assistance via phone and email to customers and dealers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
