This position is responsible for assigned administrative support clerical administrative functions for the Personal Care Management (PCM) Program.
- Accurately process, maintain and archive departmental and consumer records via manual and / or computerized means in accordance with program / system requirements.
- Produce and maintain statistical / tracking data, and other specifications as directed. Follow up as required.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of PCM Program funding sources, including MassHealth, SCO, and One Cares and understand how each funding source directs the scope / manner in which PCM Program services are delivered.
- Type correspondence and reports necessary to maintain the Program(s).
- Use table formatting in word processing and spreadsheet applications as needed.
- Utilize telephone, email, and fax machines as needed for Program communications.
- Serve as primary and secondary back-up as assigned for other members of the Client Services Administration Department.
- Perform other secretarial / clerical duties as assigned.
- Attend in-services, trainings and meetings as required.
- Participate in departmental computer troubleshooting / operations sessions.
- Work both independently and interdependently as part of a team.
Minimum Education and Experience
HS Diploma or equivalentRequires two years' general office experienceRequires English / Spanish FluencyPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
