Billing Specialist

Mansfield Service Partners is looking for a Billing Specialist for our Houston, TX location. The Billing Specialist is responsible for the final steps of the invoice process, reviewing quoted pricing, and entering customer invoices in portals, mailing / emailing invoices, and processing credit and rebills.

Responsibilities

Billing

• Interpret quotations and contract pricing
• Prepare, review, and submit invoices for Marine fuel, lubricants, or equipment in accordance with contract terms and delivery documentation
• Process invoices daily to meet required metrics
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely approvals
• Create and distribute invoices through mail, email, portals
• Maintain full documentation of processes and procedures
