Elevated Behavioral Therapy Services (EBTS) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills and prepare for academic success. We train and certify ALL team members to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Providing 1 : 1 evidenced based interventions and skill-building techniques to young children in a home, school, or community setting.
• Managing and addressing challenging behaviors by following written behavior intervention plans.
• Documenting session notes using company assigned iPads summarizing session activities and progress.
• Taking data on targeted skills and behaviors to track progress.
• Creating visuals and materials needed for activities in lesson plans.
• Assisting with parent education as needed.
• Receiving ongoing support and supervision from a team of experienced BCBA-level staff.

Minimum Qualifications amp; Requirements :

High School Diploma

Prior experience working with children

A commitment to learn and become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician

Access to reliable transportation with active auto insurance and clean driving record

Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week

Ability to pass TB Test or have current TB clearance

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Ability to collect data using company provided iPad

Desired Qualifications :

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Bachelor’s in Special Education, Psychology, or related field

Prior experience working in ABA as a behavior technician or similar role

Bilingual (Russian / Armenian / Spanish)

Active First Aid / CPR Certification

Active CPI Certification

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective time management skills

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours : No less than 15 per week
