Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills and prepare for academic success. We train and certify ALL team members to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You’ll Be Doing :
- Providing 1 : 1 evidenced based interventions and skill-building techniques to young children in a home, school, or community setting.
- Managing and addressing challenging behaviors by following written behavior intervention plans.
- Documenting session notes using company assigned iPads summarizing session activities and progress.
- Taking data on targeted skills and behaviors to track progress.
- Creating visuals and materials needed for activities in lesson plans.
- Assisting with parent education as needed.
- Receiving ongoing support and supervision from a team of experienced BCBA-level staff.
