Job Description

Follows policies and procedures to ensure overall departmental operations in accordance with the facility's mission and philosophy. Participates and maintains quality assurance activities to assure highest standards of care.

Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent . (Required by federal law) Must be a graduate of an approved phlebotomy program or have 2 years phlebotomy experience

Experience : Must have prior phlebotomy experience either in clinical training program or on the job experience.
