Location: Chick-fil-A Colonies Crossroads in Upland, CA
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Part-time (flexible hours, including some Saturdays)

Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-quality food with speed, accuracy, and care. You’ll work alongside other team members to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and assemble Chick-fil-A menu items to standard

Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Follow recipes and procedures with attention to detail

Restock, organize, and clean kitchen areas during and after shifts

Work efficiently with team members to meet demand and uphold quality

Support a positive, respectful, and high-energy work environment

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
