We are hiring a full-time Flex Support Driver to join our team. This is a Monday–Friday home-daily position with strong earning potential, flex scheduling, and a clear path for advancement.

Compensation & Incentives

• $83,000 guaranteed base salary
• Night-Shift Premium : +$500 / week
• Flex Coverage Bonus : +$50 per assignment
• Trainer Certification : +$2,000 annually
• Supervisor Support Certification : +$3,000 annually
• Total earning potential : $100,100+ annually

About the Role

This position supports our operations by running both assigned and unassigned linehaul routes and stepping into key support duties when needed. Based on demand, you may be scheduled for a full week of day shifts or night shiftsshifts will not alternate within the same week.
