State Licensed Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product Counsel for a 6-month contract with strong potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and lead legal risk reviews for privacy and EU data protection risks

Provide strategic legal advice to support product integrity launches and cross-organizational initiatives

Coordinate with cross-functional teams on content, integrity, and safety matters for product development and compliance

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree and membership in at least one U.S. state bar

5+ years combined law firm and in-house experience, particularly with technology companies

Experience working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience providing product counseling related to content regulation and online safety
