Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a full-service dining environmentProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse teamStrong operational knowledge, including service flow, inventory, and cost controlExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfactionDirect and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnoverCollaborate with the culinary team to align menu execution with guest expectations and event demandsMonitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standardsFull Service Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills :
Experience managing high-volume, culturally focused, or entertainment-driven restaurantsKnowledge of scheduling software, POS systems, and inventory management toolsBackground in organizing special events or themed dining experiencesPassion for hospitality, cultural cuisine, and creating memorable guest interactionsManage staffing levels, training programs, and performance evaluations to build an engaged, high-performing team
