Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards to meet project goals. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to relevant parties. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to support project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : experience managing construction projects in the property industry, strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in project management tools and software, knowledge of safety regulations and building codes, a results-driven approach with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
