Shift : Varied 8-hour shifts (Days : 7 : 30 AM–3 : 30 PM | Evenings : 3 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM | Nights : 11 : 00 PM–7 : 30 AM), including weekends, holidays, and potential overtime rotation.

Job Description :

Join a dedicated Long Term Care team providing compassionate and high-quality patient care within a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications and treatments, assisting with ADLs, performing wound vac and gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter management, nebulizer and CPAP treatments, and coordinating with physicians or nurse practitioners regarding patient conditions. This role requires flexibility for varied shifts and a commitment to excellent clinical standards.
