Job description

Project Scope :

The client is looking for Architect resource.

Roles / Responsibilities :

  • Upgrading infrastructure systems, including Windows System Center
  • Assist IT teams and customers with ITIL based incidents and requests on various subjects.
  • Monitor and manage infrastructure systems (Microsoft Windows and Network and Microsoft 365).
  • Act as an infrastructure contact on application and cloud upgrade projects.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Demonstrated expertise in operation and maintenance of Windows in an enterprise environment (min 5 years' experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in the use of Microsoft System Center Products (min 5 years' experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in the Microsoft 365 platform (min 5 years' experience).
  • Demonstrated use in ability to work with a team and independently (minimum 5 years' experience).
  • Candidate must reside in Minnesota.
