Job descriptionA Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field Proficiency using ERP systems Skilled in operational budget management and capital project recommendations 10+ years of progressive leadership experience 5+ years of managing multi-functional teams Proven expertise in chemical processes, unit operations and process control systems A base salary range of $130,000 - $180,000 Personal growth opportunities Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401k Generous Paid Time Off Wellness resources
Plant Manager
The Plant Manager will be responsible for the following :
- Delivering production performance targets
- Leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, health and environmental regulations
- Upholding PSM, OSHA and ISO 9001 environmental requirements
- Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
- Applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and TPM methodologies
- Improving and maintaining product quality performance
