Job description

Location : Beaver Dam, WI

What You’ll Do :

  • Analyze plans and specs
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
  • Assemble competitive, polished proposals
  • Collaborate with the Chief Estimator on strategy and risk
  • Build strong client and trade partner relationships

What You Bring :

  • Degree in Construction Mgmt or 1–3 yrs experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial trades
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and blueprint reading
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A humble, hungry, and loyal mindset

  • Project Management
