Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Healthcare experience

Responsibilities and Duties :
We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to support critical operational accounting functions. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of finance data.
- Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct variance reporting to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in system improvements and process optimization initiatives.
