About This Role
Were looking for a Sales Operations Manager to become the engine behind our sales systemfrom managing our CRM and overseeing the sales pipeline to enabling our team of freelance sales reps and optimizing internal processes for inbound and outbound efforts.

What Youll Do
Sales Operations & Systems
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM : deal tracking, lead routing, reporting, automation, and data management
- Ensure accurate, real-time visibility into pipeline health, sales stages, and forecasts
- Develop and refine repeatable playbooks for lead management, outreach, and follow-up
- Build scalable systems to support both internal sales initiatives and our freelance team
Sales Enablement & Support
Provide day-to-day operational support to external sales freelancersonboarding, training, tools, briefs, and reportingMonitor campaign performance and help identify upsell / cross-sell opportunitiesCollaborate with sales leadership on strategy and execution of outreach plansInternal Coordination
Serve as the go-to liaison between sales, marketing, production, and operations teamsCoordinate across departments to ensure aligned messaging, materials, and goalsSupport the Executive Leadership Team and Sales Leadership Team with insights, reports, and campaign follow-throughTech & Tools
Use AI platforms, analytics dashboards, and CRM integrations to improve efficiencyLead ongoing training on tools, processes, and best practices across the sales teamStay ahead of trends in RevOps, automation, and data-driven sales strategiesWhat You Bring
35+ years of experience in sales operations, RevOps, and agency-side project / salesCRM mastery (HubSpot preferable) this is a non-negotiableStrong analytical skills : you love a good dashboard and know what metrics matterOperationally minded with a knack for systems building, documentation, and follow-throughAbility to support and coach others (external and internal) toward better sales resultsFamiliarity with B2B sales cycles, entertainment / marketing campaigns, and digital toolsClear communicator who can translate between creatives, salespeople, and clientsBonus points : prior agency experience, influencer or entertainment marketing exposure, and comfort with AI-powered toolsWhat Success Looks Like
