Position Summary :
The Field Shop Supervisor will participate in and oversee the installation, repair, and service of Unconventional equipment, such as valves, relief valves, Pressure relief skids (Safeguard Pro), etc. This person will work with customers to plan installation of rental assets, advises and participates in on-site installations.

- Converses with customer or supervisor to plan and assist installation of equipment on customer site.
- Understands blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures and execute accordingly.
- Installs or oversees installation of equipment according to Gilmore's specifications and customer requirements.
- Ability to operate system to demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions.
- Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
- Instructs and directs employees in servicing and repairing equipment.
- Trains custom ers on proper operation of equipment.
- Consults with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
- May supervise workers in testing, tuning, and adjusting equipment to obtain optimum operating performance.
- May advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Able to operate Telehandler 10k forklift safely and effectively.

3+ years of leadership experienceMinimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalentPreferred
Solid working knowledge of valve products.Trade or Technical School focusing on Maintenance (Hydraulics, Electrical).Minimum 3 years Hydraulic Fracturing Experience.Knowledge and experience of hydrostatic pressure testing flow iron.Experience maintaining cycle stock inventory.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Technical problem solving with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aptitude.Proficient with MS Office programs.Ability to work autonomously.Superior organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent time management and committed to meeting deadlines.Demonstrates professional work characteristics, high initiative, dependability, and credibility.Willingness to work nights, weekends, and / or overtime if required.Local to Midland / Odessa area.Physical Requirements :
Physical Dexterity required; ability to ascend / descend ladders; ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, and move objects for 8 to 12 hours per day.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Speak / hear and use specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Capability of properly using standard office equipment including a computer with a keyboard.Ability to wear and utilize Personal Protective Safety Equipment (PPE). Required equipment includes steel toed shoes, safety glasses / goggles. Additional PPE may be required, e.g. safety harness, Fire Retardant Clothing (FRC), hard hats, or other as assigned.Ability to travel (land and air) domestically in the US and periodically stay at field locations for long periods of time as the business requires.Ability to work in field locations that may not be climate controlled and outdoor air quality (dust) may be present.Work Environment :
Work conditions will vary and may include working up to twelve (12) hours per day or more in environments with exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors and / or loud noises.
