We are seeking a hands-on CFO / Controller to lead the financial and operational management of a technology company in the Tampa Bay area. This key executive role will focus on financial strategy, budgeting, and operational design, while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide financial analysis for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee cash flow, tax strategies, and client billing operations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team on key decisions.
  • Manage financial reporting, IT planning, and risk management.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years in an Accounting Leader role; 5+ years in progressively responsible financial positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, CPA a plus.
  • Strong skills in accounting software and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
