Job Title : Line Technician

Job Description

As a Line Technician, you will be responsible for routine repairs and on-line adjustments. You will lead modifications to machines, methods, or processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. Your role will involve performing required line setups, start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns. Additionally, you will build and update routine preventative maintenance plans in SAP and monitor maintenance performance measures. A solid understanding of mechanical resources, including vendors, engineers, and outside technicians, is essential. You will also write necessary maintenance work orders for improvements beyond your expertise, such as electrical and utilities.

Work Environment

The work environment requires wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as a bump cap or hard hat, safety glasses, slip-resistant shoes, and ear plugs. The scheduled work hours are from 1 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm or 9 : 00pm to 5 : 00am, Monday to Friday, with most Saturdays included.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.05 - $37.00 / hr.
